I am the chief engineer at several properties in the city. I use Complete Security as our preferred vendor for locks. The service they provide is both excellent and timely. They don't always provide the cheapest bid for setting, but it is competitive and the service is the best.

Matthew was so nice!! Highly recommend them. I came in at 5pm on a Friday and they were able to squeeze me in just before they closed! About $4-7 per key, pricing seemed higher than usual but having 4 keys completed in under 5 minutes worth it!!

The person who helped me was in a really bad mood. I asked for a referral to get a replacement car key, and he suggested that I use Google. I left laughing because I couldn't believe that someone could be in such a bad mood while working in customer service.

Made an attempt to get a technician in to change our Locks. I gave Complete Security all of our contact information yet they were still unable to reach us... I was then told that the tech was trying to call us and every call went straight to voicemail. I requested the tech's number so i could reach out, instead I was told that that I should "Turn my phone on". Long story short, the operation was cancelled and I'm slightly frustrated.

Very friendly. Got a key cut in 30 seconds for $7.82. They recently moved - no longer at 60 Spear, they are now a shopfront on Kearny.
