Responsive, reasonable and very knowledgeable. They sent two techs out within an hour of calling in for service. The cost of the Service call was very reasonable and they are returning tomorrow to replace the needed part. Would highly recommend Shifler for HVAC service in Hagerstown.

Excellent service! Very skilled and prompt on time service. Had them install a new 16 seer York hvac system. My house is a veritable ice box now. I would use them again for sure.
