I was a walk-in customer having problems with my MacBook Pro’s email app. I was waited on immediately and my Mac was diagnosed and back in working order within minutes (although the repairman said he’d never seen the problem that it was displaying). I was overwhelmed when he said there would be no charge. I have older MacBooks that I will eventually have him check and get into working order. He also directed me to a hard drive retrieval service that I may need. My HIGHEST RECOMMENDATIONS if you live in the tri-state area and are having computer issues!
