Tech & Co Cell Phone Repair

Terrible customer service and a lot of wasted time dealing with this place. Tried calling multiple times to set up an appointment and after he finally called me back said he could fix my phone for $120. I said ok and brought it in. 45 minutes later he said he couldn't fix it and had to order another part for it but that the part would arrive the next day. I tried calling like 4 times and he never called me back. I ended up taking my phone up to the phone repair kiosk at the mall and he fixed it perfectly for $20 less than this guy offered. If I would have known I would have gotten the runaround I wouldn't have wasted so much time trying to call or going back and forth to his business trying to get a hold of him. I don't know maybe he doesn't need the money or maybe he doesn't like certain customers.

Tech & Co is where I want to take my phone for a great experience! Tech & Co is absolutely the best option in the area for cellphone repair. I previously took my phone to a different company on the south side of town, where the owner belittled me and blamed me for problems from their earlier repair. My experience at Tech & Co was wholly professional and positive. I'm so happy to have found someone that I feel I can trust to be fair, customer-focused, and honest. Great businesses still exist in today's crazy world!
