I had a wonderful experience with Shepherd Plumbing. I called late one evening and they were able to schedule me first thing the next day. Lamar and Leo were outstanding! Lamar was extremely knowledgeable, explained what was going on, answered all my questions, and quickly found and resolved the issue. Leo was very respectful, jumped in where needed, and provided assistance the entire time. They worked well together and made the whole experience a great one. I highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about Lamar from Shepherds Plumbing. He is, without question, the best plumber I’ve ever worked with. Lamar is the rare professional who actually diagnoses the problem correctly and fixes it in one visit. This was the second time I’ve had Lamar out for a repair, and once again he delivered. For a while I couldn’t find him and ended up calling another plumbing company. They said they fixed the issue, but after two visits the problem still wasn’t resolved. On top of that, they charged more while working on things that weren’t actually broken. Once I was able to find Lamar, he quickly identified the real source of the leak and fixed it properly in a single visit. Lamar is knowledgeable, efficient, and straightforward. I’m very happy with Shepherds Plumbing and will continue to call them when I need plumbing work done.
