Dean has been to our house several times. His service with the maintenance on our AC was EXCELLENT! To whom this may concern; We would like to give a SHOUT OUT for Cesar, Dean & Adee. These gentlemen showed professionalism at is best. They were prompt, respectful and explained every thing they were doing, and made sure everything was working and in order before they left. After LONG careful research and over 8 different estimate prices from 8 different companies, my husband and I made a final choice to pick this company. My favorite part is HOW this company explained everything very clearly that helped me understand the importance of how much air flow my house sqft would need because of what my home already had that was not enough for AC/Heater to flow the air. I never heard or thought of that before. That kind of transparency and integrity I really needed. Clearly, investing in very new AC and heater is a huge commitment! We found Sheldons at the LA County Fair. We were planning on replacing our broken furnace with a new heat pump. Sheldons was amoung four contractors we had chosen from the fair and two local Long Beach contractors. After all presentations and due diligence on researching companies we chose Sheldons. Art Hernandez, came out to our house and explained the options available to us. He took his time and discussed the pro and cons of the different systems for us. After his visit he produced a proposal which we found would meet our needs and be in our budget. Before starting the project we did work with the office staff of Regina and Cheyanne. Both ladies were always pleasant and very helpful. Regina was especially helpful in getting all of our government rebate paperwork ready. Pre-installation foreman Dean came out and basically scoped out the project. He measured, showed placements and explained where things would go, their operation and answered all questions we had. Installation day. Lead Technician Tim arrived with assistant technician Mario. Tim explained to us what would be accomplished that day and how these units would be fit into our house. Both gentlmen worked hard all day and always had the time to answer questions, which I had many of. Day two came and Lead Technichian Tim arrived with a new partner David. One of the important things to us was that as with any major project, things don't always go as planned and adjustments have to be made. Tim would take the time to explain the problem, the different solutions and give his opinion on what he felt was the best fix. This allowed us input on the change in the original plans and we always knew the progress of the project. Overall the installation was accomplished as promised with no major issues. All three technicians were friendly, knowledgeable and very respectful of our property. They layed runners on the floor, wore covers on their shoes when they came inside. After all was finished they cleaned up both the exterior and interior of the house from all construction debris. We now have heat again and cooling for the summer in our over 100 year old house. This was a major purchase for us and we could not feel better on our decision to use Sheldons.
