I had Pinedo come out to my house on more than one occasion to help us repair our AC unit. They are an honest company to have working in your home. The technicians are very honest and respectful. I also had the opportunity to speak to their customer service team and they were also very helpful and knowledgeable about all the questions I had. Luis in customer service was awesome and answered all my questions. I will continue to use Pinedo for my AC/heater repairs in the future and recommend them to all, family and friends.

Always go to Michael. This man is the best mechanic there is. He has the best communication and transparency from start to finish. He has the best pricing and always takes care of his customers. He always goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy and satisfied with your results. He check in after and makes sure that you felt taken care of and if there is anything better he can do. You never feel dumb for asking questions or needing advice or something explained. He is so helpful and always gets the job done right.
