First I want to say a BIG Thank You to the woman who returned my call after 7pm on the Sunday evening before Labor Day. And also to Ian and Joseph for the great job that they did!! With out a doubt this is the best service I have every received. Let me explain. I received a call from my Sister (who lives with my 91 yr old mom) around 6 pm that Sunday evening saying that there was a loud noise that came from the AC outside and it started to get extremely warm inside (over 105 outside). After looking on Angi. I called a couple of referred contractor made calls and only one called me back but couldn't schedule an appointment until Tuesday, the day after Labor Day. I found 5 Star on Google, which had more than 300 great reviews, and said they were open 24/7. I called and left a msg as well as an online msg and received a call back within 15 min or so. I explained my sister and mom's situation and she had an appointment scheduled for first thing in the morning on Labor Day. The next morning I received a text msg letting me know that Ian was on his way over. Within about 30 minutes, I received a call from Ian explaining the situation. Letting me know that the current unit was approx 30 yrs old and that it, along with the Heat Exchange unit, would also need to be replaced. Within approx 15 mins we had loan approval. Because of the heat situation, I requested that they start right away. Without blinking an eye, Ian made a few calls and then made some adjustments to his schedule to start the project to replace immediately. They took the old unit out on Monday and worked tirelessly (over 12 hours on Tuesday with hardly any breaks, according to my Sister) to get everything completed by Tuesday Evening. I am EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with this company. I will definitely use them in the future and would recommend them highly to anyone who needs their services!! THANK YOU!!
