Vasilii was very helpful in quickly responding to my Thumbtack inquiry as to what I thought the issue was with my KitchenAide refrigerator and scheduled a timely service call with an estimate. The technician, Anton, was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, efficient and experienced with the water leak inside the refrigerator compartnent, behind the control panel, where the defrost mechanism and condensor is located. He was able to clean the drain and get it back to working order so the leak stopped dripping. Anton was also gracious to switch out the water filter which I had on hand. I am so glad to have found SET APPLIANCE and will reach out to them in the future!

I contacted Set Appliance Repair to remove a gas dryer and connect an electric washer and dryer. I got an appointment for the same week I contacted Vasili. Service was completed sooooo quickly! Vasili not only disconnected my gas dryer but he moved it to the garage and brought my electric washer and dryer in from the garage. Other companies I called said they could not move appliances ☹️If you are searching for very reasonable and efficient service please don’t hesitate to contact to call Set Appliance. You will not be disappointed .
