I have property in Sarasota. I called for maintenance on my Sub-Zero refrigerator because it hadn’t been serviced in a long time, and I’m really glad I did. The technician focused specifically on the condenser coil cleaning, replaced the filter, and ran a full system check. He explained that a dirty condenser can seriously affect performance and shorten the life of the fridge. The coil was thoroughly cleaned, airflow checked, errors scanned, and a full diagnostic was done to make sure everything was running properly.
