Chad is extremely knowledgeable and patient! Especially with us older tech challenged folks. He explains everything in clear layman’s terms I can understand. He is very responsive—no waiting days for a call. Highly recommended by a friend, now I will also pass along my highest recommendation. He installed MS 35 on my MacBook and has cleared email/ password issues. Do not hesitate to call him. I think he can fix almost anything.

Chad from ccComputing comes highly recommended by me for several reasons: reliability, honesty and tech/computer support extraordinaire. He has come to my home several times over the years to help troubleshoot computer issues: laptop battery install, hard drive issues, install of new desktop components. My computer skills are basic but he always explains things in an understandable, respectful manner. He does not push new systems but if a new part will solve the issue, he recommends the least expensive route. However, he is very honest when a system does needs new equipment and recommends equipment that is cost effective. I needed a new CPU/desktop set up and he recommended several options and online sites for purchase. When the equipment arrived, he came and installed it all and had my new system up and functioning - (something I would be unable to achieve on my own.) In addition, he is a local business owner and I prefer to support our local Englewood business community. If you need computer assistance, I highly recommend that you give ccComputing a call. Chad helped me troubleshoot a problem on my laptop over the phone/email and charged me NOTHING. I am a retired IT professional and I appreciated his up to date knowledge and readiness to work the problem. I did not need to get additional service from him, but am confident he would give good results at a good rate.
