Hired them to fix my freezer and my dryer, matt worked hard the first time to fix my freezer, however, I really don't think he knew what he was doing and it took him several hours to replace the same simple part. My dryer and my freezer quit working within a few weeks of his repair. When I called them to come fix this under warranty, they came quickly and fixed the issues, supposedly, but then charged me a trip charge and a completely whole new repair of $375 saying that they changed different parts ---which didn't make any sense because it was the exact same problem with the freezer and the dryer.... One month later both of them stopped working AGAIN, when I called about coming to fix them under warranty, They told me that I would have to pay another trip charge!!!!! Both appliances to this day do not work properly. I spent just as much" repairing them" as I would have purchasing new ones.

Our almost 3 year old dryer just stopped spinning, of course it was out of warranty. Started looking on line for recommendations for appliance repairs and saw Certified mentioned many times. After going on their website and reading so many positive reviews with Dustin's name mentioned over and over we decided to give them a call. It was on a weekend when we called and he came out Monday morning. Wonderful person to deal with, even told us might be better off buying a new dryer since the repair and labor would be somewhat costly and we just might rather buy a new one. We appreciated his honesty but decided to have him do the repair. So nice to work with a family owned business. They really care about their customers.

Certified Appliance Repair is AWESOME! I Noticed my refrigerator was not cooling properly around 1230p on July 3rd. I called 5 other companies that were either closed or couldn’t send anyone out until Monday. That just wasn't an option as I had food for a 4th of July Party the next day in the refrigerator and freezer. I called Certified Appliance Repair and Courtney and Dustin proceeded to save the day! Even though it was a holiday weekend, Even though it was a holiday weekend, they didn’t hesitate to make sure that I was their priority. Dustin was at the house with in a few hours and fixed the issue! This is a locally owned business that is there for their community and will make sure that the job is done right. Excellent customer service, quality work, affordable price and the most pleasant repair experience ever. Thank you so much. I will recommend them to everyone I know.
