Pharo and Servpro were outstanding to work with. They responded incredibly quickly and arrived at our building fully prepared to begin demolition immediately. Their team worked efficiently and thoroughly to dry all affected units, including flooring, ceilings, and drywall. Throughout the entire process, they were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly, which made a stressful situation much easier to manage. Their organization and attention to detail were impressive, and communication was clear every step of the way. I am very much looking forward to their return for the restoration phase and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and efficient service.
