Falso came when my original installer did not have time for me and I called in the early afternoon. The house was already cold and the outside temps were dropping, as they do here in CNY. Justin and his tech were extremely professional and patient with my questions. Justin even provided a space heater for me to use over night and until the new furnace was installed the very next morning. The installation team showed up at 8:30 am the next day and had a brand new furnace installed and my house warm by 2 pm. Vey friendly, professional and clean 2 man crew, answered all my questions.

Falso HVAC was a life saver. I called at 6am on a Saturday ( the coldest day of the year) my furnace was not working. Falso responded within a few hours. They diagnosed the problem and presented my options. They were very clear and concise. I needed a new furnace! They were able to schedule the install for the following Monday.
