Overpriced, poor quality work, and very unprofessional. Their customer service is overseas and communication is difficult. The technicians who came to my home all showed up in different uniforms, which didn’t exactly inspire confidence in the company’s organization or professionalism. I had them replace my HVAC system, and the installation was done very poorly. Several ducts were barely secured and could literally be pulled off with a gentle tug. For something as important as a full system replacement, that level of workmanship is unacceptable. Overall, this was a terrible experience. I would give 0 stars if I could and would not recommend this company to anyone. What makes it even worse is that they charge prices comparable to well-known companies like Milestone or Baker Brothers, but without the professionalism or quality you’d expect at that price point. If you’re paying premium prices, you’re far better off calling a company that actually delivers professional service.

Tim was very thorough, professional and courteous. He arrived on time and performed full system maintenance a made suggestions to enhance HVAC service. I was very happy with the service and recommendations. Also will have my air ducts cleaned and install UV lights. Chris came out the following day to perform the air ducts cleaning and installed the UV lights. Chris was very thorough, with the cleaning and installation of the UV lamps. He also thorough, professional and courteous.

We had an amazing plumber out today named Charles Tannehill. This was our first time having Charles and he did a fantastic job. He patiently answered numerous questions, showed us pictures, gave us a fair estimate on future work that needs to be done and was a pleasure to have in our home. We are grateful for his expertise on several issues we've had with our plumbing system. We will absolutely book him to handle the issues we discussed. Thank you, Charles and Service Experts!
