Called about replacing an antenna that was broken off by my garage door. Called and they said no problem, $60 and price of the part. Next day I texted if they got the part, they said Monday..ok no problem. Monday rolls around I text again about the part…ghosted Tuesday call about the part…ghosted Wednesday text about the part ghosted… Just a massive waste of time dealing with this business. If you don’t want to do it just freaking tell me, don’t wast 4 days of my time when I could have gone somewhere else. Bad business…don’t waste your time.

I had 2 take my truck 2 separate times in the last couple of months. The first time I had to take it in on s Saturday because something went wrong with my turbo in my diesel truck. This was a Saturday and Cristian was awesome and asked me to bring it in. He quickly figured out the issue and had me on my way in no time. Again, this past Saturday I was in yakima and my radiator was leaking bad. I immediately called Cristian and he answered and asked me to bring it in. They replaced the radiator and had me up and running in no time. I am so thankful and grateful for his customer sercice. He was very thorough explaining to .e the issues, options, and cost. He was very transparent, honest, and reasonable. I live in seattle but if in the future I have any issues, I will definitely call Cristian. Great customer service, integrity, and reasonable!
