My ipad screen was cracked so I came in to get the screen repaired, but after the repair, anytime I was on a white screen( like youtube for example), you could see that the screen looked very unusual. This is something that should of checked before they even gave it back to me. When I realized the unusual appearance, I called to let them know but was told by the manager I would be charged for the labor again just for them to fix it, when it should of been fixed before they gave it back to me. My laptop was not serviced professionally. I have the same malfunction and issue after new parts and service. I tried to explain the situation after service was complete on a phone call and visit back to the store to no avail. Professionals would remedy the situation and not offer some test that you know won't fix it! What a waste of time! Never again! Response to owner's reply: It is a shame that you can't even admit and fix your mistake.You'd rather lie and want to be right rather than servicing customers appropriately!

Ended up getting a great service at this place. Laptop got fixed after liquid damage. Although, proactive communication could have been better. Repair course took a while and would have liked to know its status along the way.

I went there with 3 laptops, each having three different issues. One of them was fixed and ready to go thr next day, the other had no issues after running a diagnostic, and the third had water damage, and was recommended to be replaced. I don't know about cheap, but the service was professional and honest in my opinion. And, I think it's fine to pay a little extra for the honesty. If you have computer issues, it is definitely worth coming here.
