My husband and I are grateful to the plumber who came out to fix a leak in our pipe. He was polite, courteous, professional and very understanding when Choice Home Warranty denied our claim for a simple leak in a pipe connector. He had so much integrity that he fixed it anyway and said told my husband not to worry about it. How many people are that honest and empathetic these days? We highly recommend Pettry Plumbing Heating & Air Inc. in Rogers!!!

Me Pettry does quality professional work. He was honest with me about the issues and did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. He helped keep the cost down. He did a great job

They took my talk at 0530 in the morning. Was able to talk to someone for further assistance, but was ultimately not needed when my plumbing problem was resolved on its own. (Pipes thawed). Exchanged text messages, was prompt with their responses. If I ever need help again, these guys are my first choice. Thank you.

Had Jesse (the owner) out to my house to fix my thermostat. Although he was friendly enough and seemed to be pretty knowledgeable, I can’t help but feel like he took advantage of me and my situation. My thermostat stopped working properly and it turned out to only need a new fuse and to plug in a wire that was already there, just not connected by previous installer. This was a 10 minute job that cost me $433!! Before starting any work he made me sign agreement to pay amount. $135 diagnostic (asked me what happened), $7 for fuel charge (because the other $429 wouldn’t cover a 6mi round trip), and $250 in labor (he installed a fuse and plugg...
