Can I give a 6 star rating?? I will only use HK quality HVAC from here on out. I will be upgrading my whole house unit with them. Dwight answered his phone twice, showed up when promised, fixed my AC in 40 minutes and I was good to go for a price which was 3-4 times (LESS) than the competing company I had in just days before. What a novel business acumen. No fancy answering VM, no lack of call backs, no scare tactics for higher priced components, no extended expensive service agreements and no price gouging!!! Please note folks, no company is perfect, but Dwight and his crew IMO run an HONEST business. Save the headaches and get charged a FAIR price for a good service. Mike V.
