St. Joseph Plumbing & Heating

We called to have them come and fix our spark igniter last Friday. They booked us for 8am and at 11:30 never showed. I called the nice young lady said she would let them know that was at 9:15am. At 11:30 after serval attempts at calling I cancelled because they never showed or answered the phone again. After 3 days no hot water we wanted it fixed and had a time scheduled. Never called to say they are running late or would have to reschedule. Very sad to see a business do that to anyone. Hope others have better luck than we did.

This review is for Dylan, who repaired the boiler system in the house we moved into in June. He explained to us everything he was repairing and why. He knows his stuff and does it well. My only issue is with the company that bought out St Joe Plumbing and Heating...P1. We thought we were calling a locally owned company but found out that P1 bought them out. They are still using the St Joe P&H name...felt like it was a bait and switch.
