My '94 Jaguar XJ6 (XJ40) had a clogged cowl drain that caused electrical issues with HVAC system. Their mechanic, Zerin, diagnosed all the components and was able to fix it once all the parts arrived. This is no easy task with an older Jag, so I was impressed with process and results. If you have an older classic this is definitely the shop to bring it to.
I had a '94 Jaguar XJ6(xj40) that needed various maintenance items addressed to make it road worthy. Everyone at Schearer's was helpful and prompt. My experience was a pleasant one & was very satisfied with the service especially with the front office. I had my BMW 328I original transfercase replaced with a used one which turned out to be defective as well, so it was replaced within a month or so without any hassle or charge to me. Thanks crew for a job well done.
I had a great experience with Schearer's Sales & Service. They did an excellent job repairing my 2015 BMW after finding a torn control arm bushing and also completed additional preventative maintenance since the vehicle was recently purchased. Everything was explained clearly and the work was done professionally and on time. Zerin was the mechanic who worked on the car and did a fantastic, thorough job. Priscilla handled communication and service coordination and was responsive, friendly, and easy to work with throughout the process. It's hard to find a shop you can trust, and I'll definitely be coming back for future service.
Priscilla provided top notch service with a thorough explanation of the services that were being completed.She was very professional and pleasant to deal with . She provided me with a loaner car at the last minute which saved me from having to pay for an Uber home .I have previously serviced my car at the dealership only to be disappointed with the quality of service provided. I heard that Schearers was the place to go and after my first visit I could not agree more. My car is running like a top and for the first time I did not have to return for rework like I've had to do EVERY time I took my car to the BMW dealership in Doylestown. THANK YOU !
