My husband and I had a very pleasant experience working Long’s EcoWater Systems from start to finish. Jim C.Sr. was very personable and informative when he came to provide the free estimate. We needed our entire water treatment system replaced and he walked us through our current system and the improvements needed and benefits gained of installing of a new system. He was very knowledgeable of the different components needed and answered any and all questions along the way. Within less than a week our old system was replaced. Scheduling the service was quick and installment day was a breeze. Bryan P., Jim C. and Preston L were professional and efficient. They were very courteous… cleaning up after themselves, really taking the time to explain the new set up and answering our questions to make sure we felt comfortable and understood the new equipment. Overall, nothing was ever rushed and I felt like they cared throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them.

★★★★★ Absolutely life-changing! I feel like I am living in a hotel. We had Long's Ecowater Systems install an Ecowater ERR3700R20 Refiner (whole-house softener/refiner) and an Ecowater ERO385 Reverse Osmosis System just over a week ago, and I honestly don’t know why we waited this long for such an incredible upgrade to our home. We’re on city water that is so so hard—white mineral buildup coated every clear dish out of the dishwasher, my electric tea kettle looked frosted. After every shower my skin and hair felt dry and almost “crispy.” Not anymore! The difference is night-and-day. My skin and hair feels soft after a shower, and I noticed I’m using less shampoo, hand soap, and laundry detergent. This is going to save a lot for a family of four! My other fav thing is the dedicated drinking water faucet right in the kitchen sink for filtered drinking and cooking. The water tastes better than the bottled spring water we've had to buy in the past. Also we don't have to do that anymore now! Installation was fast, clean, and professional. The technicians were courteous, knowledgeable, and happily answered every single follow-up question we had about maintenance and upkeep. They even spotted some issues with our old pipes we didn’t know about—thanks to their diligence, we’re getting those fixed soon with a plumber before they became a bigger problem. Bonus: the salt tank is “smart” and the EcoWater Systems app notifies us exactly when it’s time to add salt. It’s so convenient! My only regret is that we didn’t do this years ago.
