Unbelievably fantastic job done by Luis on my Fendi bag. He took his time to find the perfect match of leather for the handles. The bag looks brand new. More importantly, he patiently educated me on how to care for my items so they last me for years to come. Customer service like this is hard to find these days and truly appreciated. Sandy's definitely has a new loyal customer in me. I cannot recommend them enough!
I just want to say how amazing my experience was at Sandy’s shoe repair. I brought a very vintage probably over year old lv tote that was cracking and rotting in many places. The leather was completely trashed. It was in the back of my mother’s closet for decades and not taken care of. I found this establishment by using Google and decided to see what they can do. After about 3 months of hard work, she’s back home looking brand new ! I also had a pair of red bottoms that were repaired and they look fabulous. Truly a work of art . The owner of the shop is dedicated to his craft and does such an amazing job. I’m so happy with my bag. You can’t tell it was once in trash condition . Thank you so much for convincing me it was worth restoring !
I had to replace old torn leather straps on a much beloved bag. He did a phenomenal job putting new, very sturdy, double layered leather straps on my woven bag. I also added a cross-body strap to my LV Speedy bag which looks great, the gold hardware matches exactly and so does the leather. He took tremendous care in making sure it was all done meticulously. Took a few weeks, but was worth the wait.
