I just feel like the service man truly didn’t show me what he was talking about. I understand my control panel was malfunctioning, but it was explained to me that my whole control panel was soaked and dripping wet. My basement is dry. We have no water damage. The dryer itself was not even on for over a week. It was on Friday end of the day last call he just stood there and played with the knobs. After he left I did open up the control panel and looked at the inside panel and controls and I really didn’t see any water so I felt like it was useless money that I spent. He gave me a coupon to go to Groves to buy a new dryer. He advised it would be too expensive to fix.
