I had a pipe break behind the wall in my shower. I called and talked to Stacy who was very nice and helpful. They got me scheduled within 24 hours. Jason came out to fix the shower. He was very knowledgeable and very careful fixing my shower. If you are looking for an honest knowledgable plumber. Look no further. Roger Schuler
Work was fine but definitely overpriced for the task and time required. Didn’t have all material needed to complete task and had to leave to get more even though they knew what they were getting into so that was a little unprofessional. When asked for an itemized receipt after getting the overpriced bill it seemed like we were inconveniencing them. Partially our fault for not asking for an estimate before the work was done, lesson learned there. If we use them again we will be price checking with other companies.
Our second time using That Plumber. They got us on the schedule for next day hot water tank replacement. They arrived as scheduled, prepped area to leave no mess & had the job done in short order. Prices are fair, quality work. We won’t hesitate to contact them again.
@thatplumber I recently had a bathroom Reno done by this company. What an amazing experience from start to finish. Clayton went to great lengths with prepping my villa so that the rest of my villa would not be impacted by the Reno.
