Worst experience ever with a business!!!! Wish I could give -5 stars!!! I called on a Friday, was told I would receive a call that day, never received a call. Called on Saturday, the owner answered and said he'd give me a call later that evening, never received that call either!! I called on Monday, was promised once again to get a call...never got a call. I never received a call until Wednesday!! Nobody seemed like they cared!!! Would highly recommend Same Day Dryer Repair in Myrtle Beach. Not only was it truly "same day repair" service, but it was delivered by professional, skilled, knowledgeable and friendly staff. My call was responded to immediately by the owner followed by a face to face meeting by their operations manager to explain the repair needed. They had the parts in stock which was fantastic considering there was no down time. For any of your major appliance repair, you can't go wrong with Same Day Repair!

I was very pleased with their service. They not only fixed the issue that I called them for(No heat) but they also fixed the dryer vent that was bent. Pleasant and professional.
