I have been struggling to find a repair company for my equipment. The manufacturer is across the country and it is industry specific. I called other food service repair companies and they didn't even want to try. I called Carroll food service and Andrea was most helpful. They contacted the manufacturer got specs on the machine came out and fixed it in an hour. I had an electrician spend dozen hours trying to figure it out prior. First class operation all the way.

We've been so impressed with this company. They are always responsive and helpful in all areas. We had a cooler recently go down and the supplier couldn't fix it, could not figure out what the problem was after a couple of trips, Carroll's technician came out once and had it fixed quickly and we've had no further issues with it. We are a small operation and they treat us like we are a priority always.
We just started our very first pizzeria and it has been a little bumpy on the way. The only thing that got us through were the guys at Carrol Food Service Repairs. We bought a used middleby oven that needed more than just TLC. The guys at Carrol got the machine working pristine and got it looking like it was new. Not only were the technicians expert with our equipment, but their pricing and willingness to work with our schedule to get the job done asap was more than top notch and helpful.
