This company has done many many jobs in the area and every one looks excellent, so of course I called them. I needed an ugly old paved small 2-car parking pad removed and re-done. They were amazing. So great to work with, excellent oversight, excellent communication in response to suggestions and minor adjustments (neither of which, from this client, were probably necessary!). They communicated very well about when to expect them and they came when they said they would. Their broad range of professional equipment and five crew was impressive and timed and choreographed perfectly. Poetry in action, if one could consider paving reaching the level of poetry. Everyone knew just what to do when. The horrible old paving was cleared and hauled away, gravel was hauled in and spread, the big fancy asphalt spreaders did their magic, soil brought in, edges refined. When done they waved a friendly goodbye as I checked my watch: the entire job had been done, start to finish, in only one hour and 25 minutes! My mind was blown. It’s so great to experience this level of competence, especially when DIY’er like us – often fussy – really cannot possibly DIY paving a driveway. Don’t hesitate to call Sam Patterson and Sons for your job.
