Personable service was great. Just a bit of a mix up with time of day originally scheduled versus time stayed in the reminder, so had to shift gears a little. And also they were booking out quite ahead so had to wait a couple months for service, which I didn't originally expect. But very pleasant, responsive, and knowledgeable.
