S&S has been in business for over 36 years, incorporated in Arizona in 1984 and currently has an employee base of 110 administrative, project management and field personnel. Our civil crews self-perform all roadway improvements and repairs including, but not limited to concrete, asphalt removal and paving, sidewalks, curb ramps, driveways, storm drains, underground and incidental utilities. We have an experienced team in place that will be specifically dedicated to our customers. We are prepared to continually provide excellent customer service to all. We have a proven track record of being a team player; partnering with City staff, design teams, and the general public.

S & S Paving & Construction made me feel unsafe in my own home. “Mike”, the supervisor assigned to my home was sexist and extremely aggressive. When I called and reported this to Jeff from S & S Paving & Construction over the phone he denied my request for a new supervisor. I stated that I felt like I was at risk in my house while their employee was on my property, all the while I could hear their employee Mike yelling profanities at me through my closed door and windows. When I asked to speak to someone other than Jeff he denied my request and dismissed my statements towards his “best supervisor”. S & S Paving & Construction cares more about the clout of their employees than the SAFTEY OF THEIR CUSTOMERS.
