Chris Sparks, called about thirty minutes before and showed up when he said he would. He didn't waste any time getting started, his work looked very professional. He made the attempt 3-4 times to remind me that if we had any problems to let you know. He also asked serval times if I had any questions or concerns. Very pleasant experience with Chris.

Johnathan Nguyen did a great job in knocking down spider webs and hornet nests from the eaves around our house. Great service that I didn't realize we were paying for.

Frank Kusler did a fantastic job of my annual termite inspection. He was thorough, took the time to answer my questions, and made recommendations tailored to my property. He was easy to communicate with when scheduling the visit and was an overall pleasure to work with. Thank you, Frank!

Worst customer service & they take advantage of tenants. My land lord Gave me their number to deal with them directly I have had Mole problems they came and set traps more than 3 months ago and never came back. Called this morning since I still have Mole issues their rep was rude said a.) there service is not guaranteed b.) They can't do anything about it. I later asked to speak to the owner who rudely said I did not pay for the service so I should not be complaining. The call ended with him swearing, calling me names saying I need to get a life.
