I genuinely wanted to give this company 5 stars—just based on the great reviews I read before calling. But unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. From the start, it was incredibly difficult to get any clear information or guidance from the person who answered the phone. I explained what I needed—lawn treatments plus tick and chigger control—but was quickly put on hold. When she returned, she repeatedly asked for the square footage of my home, even after I clarified multiple times that I only needed yard treatments and had already provided the property’s square footage and address. Eventually, I managed to get her to confirm that internal treatments were included too, but the entire process felt evasive. She clearly lacked basic knowledge about the services. I asked if liquid aeration was part of the plan—she didn’t know. I asked what was included in the treatment plan, and after several minutes of hesitation, she vaguely mentioned “7 treatments” plus “4 for pests,” but couldn’t say what any of them targeted. When I asked about crabgrass, she offered no real answer—just said they couldn’t guarantee anything. The most frustrating part? I felt like I had to lead the entire conversation just to sign up for a service. If the person answering the phone is a friend, relative, or someone new taking over—please, train them properly or hire someone with actual lawn care knowledge. This experience was enough to make me walk away.
