Rozman Bros Inc.

We have a rental property where the tenants use the washer. We ordered a speed queen because Rozman Bros said this would hold up to high usage by the tenants. We paid about 1500 or about 3 times the amount for a standard brand washer. After a year the washer broke. They said it was under warranty. They sent a repair tech out. He said he had to order parts. It took over a month for them to come back. After 3 or 4 visits, they said they could not fix it. I had to reimburse our tenants for a laundry during this time and after a month and a half, and failure to fix it, they said it was not under warranty. I got totally ripped off by this company.

I had an emergency on a Saturday my fridge had died unexpectedly, wanting to support small family business I called Rozman Bros, explained my fridge is warming and I’m buying a fridge. They had the exact brand and model I was looking for and explained I can be in my truck in 2 minutes with cash but I’ll get there 4min after close if they have it outside I’ll pay them and load it myself but I need it today. The “sales rep” informed me if I’m not there by the time they close I can come back Monday and they’ll load it for me but they have family waiting on them at home. My family’s food is less of a priority than 5 minutes of their time for a $2500 fridge, went elsewhere and I’d suggest you do the same. This was about a year or so ago so sorry for the late review

The young man who helped us was very knowledgeable. I was looking for a pacific cooktop and he was more than willing to help me find what I was looking for. After going through several brochures we found what i was looking for. I like going to businesses like that better than the big box stores because they stand behind what they sell. It has been installed and I am very happy with my purchase. I would use Rozman Brothers any appliance purchase I need.
