We had called on Friday about getting our main line cleaned because of roots, and they worked with us on setting up an appointment revolving around our pay day, which was Tuesday. We had requested an appointment after 4pm, due to work, and we were told that they would try to get a technician out on Tuesday night, but due to staffing, it may have been pushed to Wednesday. We were ok with either, and really appreciated the honesty. Come Tuesday, just before 4pm, and I get a call telling me that a technician is on the way. Chris, the technician that Roto Rooter sent out, was extremely helpful and explained everything he was doing along the way. Didn't try to sell me things we didn't need, just cleaned our main line, tested it and cleaned up after himself. Overall, it was a very good experience, and would highly recommend.
