We had this company come out today to clear a clogged bathroom sink and shower drain. I initially called because of a $59 drain special advertised online, but was told it did not apply to my area. Instead, I was offered a $75 coupon that was advertised online. Our appointment window was 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m., however the technicians arrived several hours late. Two technicians were sent (Joshua and someone else that was not identified in the confirmation text), and after evaluating the drains, my husband was quoted $270 (including the coupon) to clear both the sink and the shower. Given that similar services I’ve used in the past were significantly less expensive, I was hesitant — but we agreed to move forward since we needed this done as soon as possible. Unfortunately, only the sink was successfully cleared. The shower drain remained clogged, yet we were still charged the full $270. We were then told there were roots in the line and presented with additional repair options exceeding $500. I fully understand that pricing varies and that some plumbing issues can be more complex than they initially appear. However, I was disappointed that we paid a premium price and did not receive a complete resolution to the original issue. Additionally, when I asked reasonable questions about standard pricing and licensing (as part of my due diligence before approving further work), the interaction became uncomfortable as one of the technicians got upset and kept making unprofessional comments to the other technician about his frustration with me. When I came out to review the quotes the tech with the laptop said “she wants proof there are roots but dont want to pay for the camera” before even showing me the estimate. Someone in a review said they got a freebie ($500 value) for the camera to confirm tree roots and had a great experience. Maybe if that was standard to provide proof with a camera instead of charging over $500 more customers would feel inclined to proceed without hesitation. This same technician asked if i thought they were lying and was upset I wanted to do research. When I asked what was the standard price to unclog ONE drain he said a price over $300 (close to $400), keep in mind we were quoted and charged $270 with a $75 coupon applied for TWO drains. Im not sure if this tech was bad at math, in a bad mood that prevented him from thinking straight, or just made up a number to charge us for the 2 drains since I have yet to receive the receipt with line items. I definitely felt that my decision to pause and obtain additional estimates was not received professionally at all. As a homeowner making a significant financial decision, I expect transparency, patience, and respectful communication. At this price point, I believe Charging the full premium amount for only a partial result does not feel aligned with the level of service advertised. There are so many other plumbing companies that guarantee unclogging your drain or no charge but my husband did not want to wait for monday. We used this company in the past one time for a different service and their prices weren't ridiculous at that time so im disappointed with the increased pricing for the level of service provided today from two young men that appeared to be new to the industry. For future customers, I strongly recommend obtaining multiple estimates before proceeding, preferably get 2-3 estimates before this company so you know right away to decline the job or not once they hit you with that Premium estimate.

Our technician Brock was great! He showed up on time and assessed the issue. Gave us the quote and got the job done! Very professional and great customer service! Service reasonably priced! Also the communication from the office was superb! Called me when they anticipated a later arrival than they originally had told me, which was greatly appreciated. Will definitely use them again if we encounter another issue!

Very professional and friendly. I knew how much their service would cost upfront before I had to commit. I was told if there are any issues with repairs they will come back and make it right. The person that assisted me gave me pointers on how to fix other leaks I had after completing his job.
