On December 2, I paid a diagnosis fee to have them come and inspect my Viking oven. Was supposed to get an estimate to repair in two or three days. I reached out to the technician twice by text and twice by phone for a status on the quote and have no response. I have called the office two days in a row to be promised a return call and nothing and it has been two weeks. I feel like I have wasted time and money on this. Be warned.
