I had a leak inside my car under the dashboard every time I turned on the air or heat. When I went to the Dodge dealership, they told me it would cost $250 just to diagnose the issue, and the technicians were almost certain the heater core and AC exhaust would need to be replaced. They estimated the repair would be anywhere from $1,000–$1,500. You can imagine the gut punch I felt, especially as a mother of 3 young kids and the holidays coming up. I started calling around for quotes and was referred to Ros by a nearby mechanic. When I called him, he was honest about the estimated cost of parts and labor but also asked detailed questions about what was happening with the car. After a few more questions, he told me he believed it wasn’t the heater core at all, but likely a very simple fix. He asked me to bring the car by and made it clear he wasn’t in the business of being dishonest or price-gouging, his goal was to help people whenever he could. The next day, I stopped by, and he fixed my car in less than 15 minutes and didn’t charge me a dime. I literally cried on the drive home because I was so overwhelmed with gratitude. If I ever have car issues again, I will definitely be coming to Ros.
