Warm & Enthusiastic I cannot say enough good things about this company! They are always quick to respond, honest, and incredibly thorough. Our issues have always been fixed perfectly, and the area left spotless. It is clear they take pride in their work and truly care about their customers. Called RooterMan on a busy Monday morning—they got Cory out 1st thing next day and he quickly cleared out our drain line! These folks are very responsive and realize that when you’re calling them you are in a pinch! Have used their services multiple times and results have always been great!
I had a kitchen sink backed up to my utility room sink and out my washer. Smelled terrible! And of course it happens at the start of the weekend on a Friday night! I called around for some 24 hour plumbers and no one answered their phones! Rooter picked up right away and offered help asap. Dwayne came out at almost 11pm and quickly found the clogged and cleared it. In and out in less than an hour. They quoted me up front 250 during business hours and 375 for after hours. And if they had to go into the roof it would be extra charges depending on issue. I don’t know if that’s expensive or not, but I really appreciate the straight forward pricing and prompt response. I would definitely call them again if needed.
