They broke my sparkplug wires.. they never told me so I could replace them and siliconed everything shut so itd work still and it was the back ones so I never saw it. Till today when I took it to someone else more trusting.. I had issues when I got it back I had a half a tank and then when I got it back it was almost on E 😒. But I paid them 300$ to change spark plugs and gaskets and that's how they did me...
Had a roofing nail in my tire. Jiffy Lube said it was too close to the side wall to fix. What a bunch of hooey - angling to sell me a new tire. Forget that. Went to Tire Tracks. They said it would be 35-45 minutes before someone would even look at it to determine if it was repairable. So I called Rogers Car Company just down the road. They said to come on over. When I got there a super friendly and capable guy knew it was me who called. He said to park it right there and laughed at the notion that the tire was unrepairable. We had some pleasant friendly banter and my tire was properly fixed within 10 minutes! Time to pay up... $15! I feel guilty I didn't pay more! The place isn't much to look at but the people I interacted with were full of common sense and friendliness. My stop there made my day. Forget the greedy corporate structure of the national brands and let the no-nonsense salt of the earth mechanics at Rogers Car Co help you out. Thank you amigos!
Very shady company. Sold me their “daily vehicle” and on day 2 electrical problems. On day 3 full battery died. On day 6 apparently the engine was starved of water, chain tensioner broke and the engine slipped a few teeth. Results are I took a total loss and will never be taking my business here. I have informed the BBB as well as the USPS for this act of thievery. DO NOT BUY OR REPAIR YOUR CAR HERE!!!
I always feel so valued. Their prices are amazing and they are always honest with me. I never feel pressured into a fix and they're always there when I have an sos or last minute request! They have completely spoiled me, I won't go to anyone else.
I literally drive over a hundred miles to get my cars repaired by this company. They find problems that other mechanics cannot. They almost always repair my car THE SAME DAY that I bring it. They also have the lowest prices out of anyone I have ever been too. They are very polite and they have never talked down to me. They have never ever tried to upsell me. They only repair what I ask them to. They definitely know what they are talking about.
