WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This company is phenomenal with the services they offer! I was having MAJOR issues with other companies, I contacted at least 6 different companies before calling NWA Cooling & Heating. I wish I would’ve done it sooner, JR is an incredibly intelligent and knowledgeable tech. JR was very very patient and communicative with myself and my girlfriend in the process of getting our HVAC units repaired. We’re a young couple and JR treated us with absolute professionalism and respect. I could not recommend this company and in specific JR enough.
