The absolute best. Extremely knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy, and their work is exceptional. I’ve had maintenance done on my 10-year-old BMW, and it’s always completed on time and with perfection. They’re very easy to work with, and you never feel like you’re being upsold or pressured. Their pricing is far lower than the dealership, and Jim goes out of his way to make sure you receive the best parts and service. While they don’t offer a shuttle or loaner car, the dealership rarely has those available anyway. I won’t be going anywhere else.
