They did an amazing job repairing an older model phone—it looks brand new! After the repair, I experienced a minor network issue that was unrelated to their work, and one of the owners took the time to personally walk me through it until everything worked perfectly. The customer service was outstanding. Thank you so much! Without hesitation, we will return for any future electronic repairs. Great job!
Great customer service and communication! Dropped my phone on gravel and brought it here for repair. I was notified quickly when the parts arrived and the service was same day. My parts did not come with buttons when they arrived, but they repaired my phone screen and showed me how to use without buttons until they arrived. Once they arrived, I brought it back in and they quickly put them in place.
Told me my phone would not be ready for a couple days, and no warning that using a debit card is 30-35$ extra. I would had paid in cash if I had known. That took my bill from 250 to 280. They fixed it, a couple weeks later, my phone broke. I took it back and the guy laughed at me.
I’ve had multiple repairs done here, including laptop charging ports, phone batteries, and screen replacements, and every experience has been consistently positive. The staff is responsive, professional, and genuinely pleasant to work with. When parts need to be ordered, they clearly explain the difference between aftermarket and manufacturer replacements, including pricing and quality, without any pressure to upsell, leaving the decision entirely in the customer’s hands. Their pricing is pretty standard with comparable shops. I also truly appreciate the shop owner’s attitude. They’re incredibly positive and speak respectfully about other local repair shops, even those that could be considered competitors. It’s good energy across the board in there.
Had the screen on my phone go completely white. Turns out it needed a screen. Came in the morning once they opened and they had it done within the hour. Very nice guy and affordable pricing. All around great place.
