I do not recommend this company. They are not very professional in my opinion. I called to get my septic pumped and they said they could do it made an appointment they never showed up or called. I called them to see why they didn’t show up and never got a call back. I understand things happen or come up but to not even get a call or a call back is not good business. The lady I talked to knew I needed it done ASAP and I got blown off.
Tried to have them pump our septic tank twice. Two no-call, no-shows. I should have looked at the other reviews first; this is clearly just how they operate.
I have scheduled an appointment to have our septic tank pumped twice and both time they no showed and never called. So disappointed in how this company has declined.
Very poor experience. Got charged 150 bucks for them to tell me to get someone else to pump our tank and chamber then they return and give the wrong diagnosis and say they'll call you. They never call you back, they completely blew us off. Best must be a family name because it certainly isn't their service.
