In the days post Covid customer service in the United States is all but dead, NOT at Rockin Instruments, this small Titan of a company is Customer Service oriented on Steroids! Kristin is a very hands on owner and will make your purchase experience AWESOME! I recently bought 2 guitars in the last 2 months & both were shipped fast, arrived in perfect condition even after a cross country trip, east coast to west. These guitars were beautiful, came with a little bit of Rockin Instruments swag…picks, patch, stickers and a little extra something as a surprise which was totally unexpected, but appreciated! About a year or so ago I learned about the HyVibe guitar. This year I learned that we could HyVibe our own selection of guitars. This year I also learned about Rockin' Instruments via my search to have a more personalized guitar while having built in features such as a looper for like every sit down practice session ever! Introducing HyVibe Your Guitar! I spoke with Kristin at Rockin' Instruments and from day one (which was the day I made my purchase) we covered so many bases that we included a conversation with HyVibe in France while we were narrowing down my guitar selection (just to be sure) and we also had a conversation with Washburn about another modification request. While some locations might make it seem like a chore to talk through a scenario with a customer, Kristin made me feel like she had my own concerns in mind as we worked through each possibility. Just a few days after placing my order, I received confirmation that this was in the mail, and when I got it? WOW do I enjoy the HyVibe system! AND the guitar! Without the HyVibe electronics, this guitar would have come with some default electronics. With the upgraded electronics professionally installed by Rockin' Instruments? The seamless integration of basically TWO products were brought together for me in a way that I feel almost like I did not pay enough to have received this custom Rockin' Instrument! For anyone looking at Rockin' Instruments, your search is over! This is THE PLACE you want to work with! I was treated with honest and open conversation the whole time, I was kept informed of the process, and I was treated to such a wonderful transaction experience that I can not help but repeat the story each time I am asked!
