Clint and his crew were what my backyard needed. From the free estimate to job completion, they were professional, polite, and available to answer any questions. Clint even recommended the work done on the basement walkout, something another company didn’t. We had to accept that recommendation and it tied the backyard together!! Clint was a pleasure to work with for the initial consultation and planning of the deck remodel and new patio build. He was very knowledgeable and helpful giving advice and recommendations without being pushy. Pricing is in line with other contractors but I chose to go with Rock due to some added design features his insistence that a couple support beams needed replacing which I’m so glad was done. While it is obvious he is in high demand he was able to give an accurate estimate of when the work should start and he was excellent at keeping me updated about potential date changes due to weather or other jobs. In the end he was able to start work sooner than expected. His crew was extremely cordial and professional and took the time to clarify my desires and answer any questions I had during the process. I highly recommend Rock Remodeling. The work and quality of materials speak for themselves.
