Just had to share that the people representing this business are stand-up folks. A small volunteer group of us were shoveling a sidewalk for a local church, and Sadra stopped to come out and help us out of the goodness of her own heart. She brought really helpful tools (including one that really broke up all the mess of ice) and a stellar work ethic. Thank you for stopping to help us, Sadra. We appreciated your help so much!
D and J Construction is a 5 star company. Their estimates are fair. Luis and crew always keep you updated on the progress of the project. Best home improvement company I've worked with.
D & J did an excellent job repairing and improving my front deck. I was specifically happy with the speed at which they were able to come out and look at it and give me several recommendations and courses of action to get it repaired quickly. They gave me several different options so I could scale the project for my needs (cost vs time vs long term sustainability). They were quick to give me a quote for the project and then we're able to start the project very soon after. Once the work started, they did an excellent job and paid attention to even the smallest details. The new deck is sturdy and it looks great! One thing that stood out to me was that during the project there were a few small details I would have never noticed that Luis was sure to take care of. One of those details was filling in the holes to my siding when he replaced the railing so that bugs couldn't crawl into my house. Another was there was a chip in the wood on my doorway and he patched that up for me. After the project was finished, they walked me through everything they did and provided me ample time to ask any questions and inspect the work which I appreciated because often times with this type of thing you don't notice something right away. But they gave me a few days to look around and came back again to see if I had any other feedback. I am very satisfied with the work D & J has done and they are great, honest people to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Fast. Responsive. Professional. I had an issue with my 3rd floor bathroom leaking. They came in, found the problem immediately and fixed it within a week. They made sure the improvements matched the apartments theme. They included me in the entire process, gave a detailed write up of the problems and fixes. Will use them again when large construction projects are required.
D&J Constrution did a fabulous job on my new sunroom. They were detail oriented, neat, accommodating, response, reliable and trustworthy. They are passionate about doing a great job and ensuring customer needs are met. I would definitely recommend them.
