Gibby's Plumbing Solutions

We have had the opportunity to work with Gibby's Plumbing a few times, and every time they are professional, kind, and helpful. The last month we have been trying to fix a plumbing issue and they have been so patient in working with us to diagnose the issue without costing us a ton of money. Garrison is a hell of a worker and walked us through everything he was doing, answered questions and tried everything he could to keep us from having to dig up our yard. Unfortunately we had to, and Jordan and Dalton came out, were quick with the job and so kind. We will continue to use Gibby's if needed in the future (but let's hope we don't have to)!

I would never use this company to install a septic system ever again. They installed a brand new septic system 4 years ago and we are now having to hire a different plumbing company to dig it up and redo the entire septic again. I contacted Gibby's several times and had them come out and they did absolutely nothing for me to fix the issue. He will just flat out stop returning your phone calls.

Have used Gibby's on 3 separate occasions. Once to fix the drain at my brother's house, which Jeff did. Another time Jeff replaced my water heater, which is still working after a year. And the 3rd time he sent out two of his guys who came to inspect my floor drain which wasn't draining properly. They mentioned everything was fine. I paid over $150 and am still having the same issues. I called two other plumbers since then and both have stated I have major problems with my sewer line. I am disappointed that Gibbys wasn't able to diagnose the problem with the lines that the other plumbers so quickly concluded.
