Good equipment with fast pickup and check out

Went online to reserve a tool and was promised a confirmation email, which we never received. The next morning at 7.36 am someone called from their store and hung up on us when we answered the phone...real unprofessional. It has been hours now and still no response from them. They lost all if our business. They are incompetent and fired.
