Mister Car Wash

There’s a young man working this morning. It’s 832 on Sunday, 14 September. He is so thorough. I’ve never seen anybody do the car like he’s doing it right now. He is taking his time and being thorough and I love that, that’s awesome. Another employee at this particular store is Michael Super nice young man I’ve known him for quite a while from the other car wash across town by Panera! I’ve tried order car wash subscriptions and came back here! Thank you so much!! I am always here but I absolutely LOVE that every time I’m here one young man tells the guys doing the scrubbing to brush the front good for me! He has remembered since the first time I came in and mentioned it! Love love love ❤️

Customer Service is Great! Workers and General manager were all very helpful when I had a tire incident on Friday. Somehow while going through the car wash my tire got punctured. Josh the general manager said that Mister would pay for a new tire. When I took my tire to Walmart and they determined it could not be repaired, Josh went to Walmart and paid for the new tire! The matter was handled within 24 hrs! That is taking care of your customers! Thank you Josh, Xavier, and Mikey for all of your help!
