I was very pleased with the service I received from A1. The lady who answers the phone was very helpful and kind. The service man named Dwight, came out diagnosed the problem with my freezer and my dishwasher. Told me what was wrong with them to the best of his knowledge. He said he could order the parts and have them in a couple of days. he came back and repaired the products And I was happy! Very nice company.

I called to see if they had a part for my dryer. They didn’t have it in stock but offered to order it. It came in the very next day. Unfortunately, I completely forgot about it as I was leaving work and accidentally drove home. When I remembered, it was 5 minutes before they closed for the day. The wonderful woman offered to stay late so I could come pick up my part before the weekend! Awesome customer service.

We have used this wonderful business a few times for parts for our oven & have always had quick & professional service. The sweet lady inside will get any part you need & quickly! The parts are less expensive than online & we enjoy supporting local businesses. We will be back again…the next time I burn out my stove!
